Speed to the first candidate
In Vort sourcing, the median time from a new role to the first shortlisted candidate is 17 minutes, across all customer searches since launch in June 2026. The comparison on the home page puts sourcing without it at 2 to 3 business days to a first sourced candidate, a figure described there as a published industry benchmark. A single search returns roughly ten relevant candidates in about 90 seconds, each with the reason it matches. The product film shows an uncut 47-second run, recorded in May 2026, in which one job description goes in and ten matched candidates come out.
Verified contact, not messaging credits
Vort sourcing gives 80% of candidates a verified phone or email in one click, the median across customer usage since June 2026. That replaces the usual routine of spending messaging credits and then waiting for a reply: you can pick up the phone right away. Contact data is added on top of public web sources, and nothing is scraped from behind a login wall. The product is built with EU and Israeli privacy law in mind, with opt-in by default, a candidate consent portal and a data-subject-request flow.
Into the ATS, or out as a share link
A shortlist leaves Vort sourcing in one of two ways: straight into your ATS, or as a share link. Vort sourcing connects to almost every ATS, including CIVI, Adam Total, Niloosoft, HarmonyHR and VScout, as well as Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable, Comeet and Workday. Every candidate arrives ranked by fit, with the reason spelled out, so whoever opens the list sees why each name is on it.
Many open roles at once
When it connects to your ATS, Vort sourcing pulls your open roles automatically, so the roles are already there when you start. Each brief is written in plain language, the way you would explain it to a colleague, with no Boolean strings to build and maintain for every role. Results are refined in plain language: you ask to re-rank, filter, compare or draft outreach, and the agent does it in seconds and shows every step it took.
The home page shows how a refinement looks. The recruiter writes "Only Tel Aviv, and put fintech experience first." The agent filters the candidates, re-ranks them by fit, and answers that 9 candidates are left with fintech on top, offering outreach for the top 3. Asked for "warm but short", it drafts the outreach. This is the illustration on the Vort sourcing site, not a customer conversation.
Who it fits
The recruiting teams already sourcing with Vort include in-house talent teams and agencies, from deep-tech to software services. Vort is an AI sourcing platform that reasons over every public signal on a candidate: describe the role in plain language and get a ranked shortlist with a reason for every candidate and a verified phone or email. How it works end to end is on how AI sourcing works. The team behind the product is on About, and questions on privacy, integrations and data sources are answered in the FAQ.
