A huge share of the world's workforce is invisible to recruiting technology. The people are there; their profiles just don't say enough. Vort is building the AI sourcing intelligence that makes them discoverable.
AI has flooded companies with inbound applications, while the strongest people are already employed and never apply. So recruiters have to go and find them, and when they do, a public profile rarely says enough to judge them. About half of the requirements recruiters set cannot be answered from the profile alone.
Search engines for talent find the words people wrote about themselves. Vort sourcing works out what they actually know and can do: from the path they took, the companies they built, the peers around them and everything they made in public, with the evidence behind every conclusion.
Every candidate is judged against every requirement, including the ones no profile spells out.
Each inference shows its source and why it follows, so a recruiter can check it in seconds.
Nothing is taken from behind a login wall. Opt-in by default, a consent portal for candidates, and a data-request flow built in.
When the people a role asks for are not out there, Vort sourcing says so instead of padding the list.
↳ Medians across all customer searches since launch, June 2026.
Vort is built by a small team in Tel Aviv that combines elite-unit backgrounds in data and intelligence work with years of building products at tech companies.
